At Saffron + Sage Co., we carefully handcraft, package, and ship each order with love and care. Because our products are made in small batches, please allow a little extra time for us to prepare your order — it’s worth the wait! 💛


Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During sales, holidays, or seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always do our best to get your order out quickly.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Warm Weather & Product Care

Many of our products are made with natural butters and oils that can soften in heat. If your order arrives slightly melted, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerator to firm back up — this doesn’t affect quality or performance.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package is shipped, tracking details are provided.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saffromandsageco@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
